I had a Dashcam installed in a pre-wired vehicle and I was pleasantly surprised the job only required 1.5 labor hours, when the original quote was 3 hours. They could have easily found a way to waste another 1.5 hours, but they completed the service when the physical work was complete. I highly recommend Porsche of Ocala’s service department. 👍

This is the most un-Porsche like dealership I’ve ever encountered. To start I was initially transferred to a salesperson that said they were on the lot with a customer (why wouldn’t they transfer to someone available). Nevertheless, I was interested in the car so I called back and tried to work with his manager to put a deal together. Providing the manager with information on my trade-in (paid off mind you). This was at 4pm. Was not followed up with AT ALL and had to call back the dealership at 10am the next morning (this is 6 hours of time they were open without follow up when I am showing genuine interest in buying a CPO immediately). After waiting for another 4 hours and hearing back nothing, I finally call the salesperson around 2pm to which he just starts talking about himself and how he’s getting job offers from other Porsche dealerships. If I was a betting man, I’d say his income is based on where he works and not based on him being a good salesman. I’ve worked at Mercedes and Lexus and he wouldn’t have lasted more than a month at either. After ghosting me for 2 days, he finally reached back out to say the car was sold. Totally unprofessional.

Any company can learn from Ocala Porsche and BMW! They take service to the next level!! Our Cayenne was done before it was due, at less than quoted, our service advisor Aron kept us informed. They served us nothing but Bundt cakes, had are car detailed like new. We also bought a BMW from their sister dealer next door. Again they will treat you like royalty before, during and after a purchase or service, they are the best!! Oh and with the holidays near they gave us a gift on top of everything else!!
